Online Video Submission Rules: Please read carefully before submitting.1. Thank you for participating in our AK Fine Arts Festival! We are thrilled to have you submit your entry online but please pay close attention and read this thoroughly, maybe even screenshot it. If at all possible, in-person is a much better option for participating but we understand that due to our massive state, this might not be possible. So, we have provided this option but your entry must be submitted/uploaded by March 14th, 2025 at 11:59pm for it to be evaluated. We will not take any online submissions after that.
2. All Fine Arts Division & Category rules still apply to online video submissions, including setup and teardown times, time limits for presentation, introductory comments before submission (these are in the rule book), etc.... Make sure you and your leaders read the rule book, especially the ones that deal with your entry. The rule book can be found
HERE.3. No effects (video or vocal) or editing is allowed to the video to improve the quality and only one take is allowed (just like if you were at Fine Arts Festival in person). The video must be recorded by the Youth Pastor, Pastor, or main youth leader and submitted by that leader for it to be evaluated. Please use a high enough quality phone/camera so the picture and audio are clear. We encourage you to test your video before the student presents their submission.
4. There will be a link below to submit your video to be evaluated, just like if you were at the Fine Arts Festival in person.
5. Once the entries are evaluated we will send you a copy of your evaluation sheets, your certificate, and your medal (if you receive a Superior with Invitation to Nationals). We will also send you important information for National Fine Arts in August if you receive a Superior rating on your presentation.
6. Please reach out to
ryan@alaskaa.org if you have any questions about your video submission for Fine Arts.
